We are Grace & Steel Associates, a leadership development consultancy named for two attributes critical to those who lead: the grace to inspire and transform, and the steel to persevere through the inevitable challenges.
We were founded out of a spirit of rebellion: to become the architects of a better tomorrow through the development of today’s - and tomorrow’s - leaders, entrepreneurs, makers, creators, and world changers who seek to be daring, resilient, empathic, and bold when guiding their organizations and wider communities.
We know that change is hard, and we know that change is needed. We know that in our global society, there are calls for workforces and leadership to be more diverse and inclusive in order to represent and engage with the different markets they are working with and for. We also know that future leaders are being asked to model purpose and meaning for employees in new, authentic, and ethical ways. And that means being creative.
For that purpose, we admit to being dyadic in personality: we believe in marrying tried-and-tested, effective leadership development techniques with a blend of new, progressive approaches. So, imagine applied learning and coaching fused with newly curated offerings that involve avant-garde ways of working and thinking. Our goal is to build upon existing frameworks, but also to invent new, original coaching concepts - all of which are created from a deep-rooted desire to provide exceptional, highly effective, and finely tailored programs. In fact, that’s our daily mantra.
Based in Los Angeles, with a global network of partners and practitioners, we offer a variety of services spanning executive coaching, consulting, facilitation, and mentoring. After a deep-dive with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of what success looks like for them, we create highly tailored programs to help them unleash their power potential and accelerate their work to create a better world, one incremental change at a time.
